"Stretch"

stretch; expand or extend to it's full capacity.

We utilize this exercise to expand the elasticity of our limbs, at the same time strengthening the muscles of the body. While this activity focuses on the physique, it encompasses qualities that are also mentally beneficial. Life has a tendency to utilize process to place us at what we consider "a block in the road" all for us to utilize the ability to "stretch". Such practices will afford you the opportunity to obtain, but also maintain your purpose in life. Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. stated, "A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to it's old dimensions." The mind, just as muscle will go only as far as you condition it to go. Don't fear the obstacles; stretch! Don't feel complacent; stretch! Don't wait on what's next; stretch! Don't allow your mind or muscle to become tense, causing restraint...S T R E T C H!
